An international group of artists, musicolog, partners based in Europe, America and Africa.

Directed by his founder Harry Louiserre, an event manager. He has founded the group in Berlin/Germany in the 90ies. He has developed in association with differents groups such as Black International Cinema Berlin, and partner Paris Town Hall, Sarcelles Town Hall, Center for Black Music Research, Lespritcom agency, Transe-Mutants, ARCAAD.
